The right yacht does more than take you somewhere. It creates the setting for the story you want to tell—a birthday nobody wants to end, an elegant sunset proposal, a family day at the sandbar, an unforgettable company celebration or a true escape toward Bimini. [### Private Escape Trade the schedule for open water, skyline views and an unhurried day with your favorite people.](/private-luxury-yachts/) [### Celebrate Bigger Turn up the music, pour the drinks and give your guests room to dine, dance and celebrate Miami-style.](/party-boats/) [### Corporate Events Swap the meeting room for the bay and give clients or colleagues an event they will actually want to attend.](/corporate-events/) A clear starting point ## How Much Does a Miami Yacht Charter Cost? Your Miami yacht day can be as relaxed or spectacular as you imagine—from a stylish cruise with close friends to a full-scale celebration aboard a party yacht or mega yacht. Smaller boats may begin in the low four figures for a charter block, while larger luxury yachts and custom events can range from several thousand dollars upward. Many private yacht charters are priced by the yacht and charter period—not per guest—although catering, bar service and some event packages may have per-person charges. A tempting hourly rate never tells the whole story. The number that matters is the **complete, itemized total for your date, your guests and the experience you want.** [Explore Private Yachts](/private-luxury-yachts/) ### Your Personalized Charter Quote Tell us what you have in mind so we can send relevant yacht options and a clear, itemized quote. Event packages, catering and bar service may also have per-person charges. Ask which parts of your quote are fixed and which change with your guest count; the yacht’s approved capacity still applies. How can I make the most of my yacht charter budget? If your schedule allows, compare a weekday with your preferred weekend date and ask about different departure times. Compare the complete total for the same charter length and inclusions—not just an advertised hourly rate. Choose a layout that suits your plans rather than paying for length alone, then prioritize the extras you will actually enjoy: a longer swim stop, lunch on deck or a sunset dinner. Flexible dates may offer more choices, but savings depend on the yacht and availability. What is the usual minimum charter time? Many yachts begin with a multi-hour minimum, often around four hours. That is enough for a taste of Miami from the water; six or eight hours gives the experience room to breathe. Minimums vary by yacht and date. Are the captain and fuel included?Policies vary. Captain, crew and fuel may be included, limited to a stated route or itemized separately. Confirm the complete cost in writing. How many guests can I bring?Capacity depends on the specific vessel and charter structure, not simply the yacht's length. Include every adult and child in your inquiry. Can we bring food and alcohol?Food and beverage policies vary by yacht. Ask whether outside items are permitted, whether catering or bar service must be arranged through an approved provider, and whether any service or corkage fees apply. Confirm the rules before buying supplies. What happens if the weather is unsafe? The captain has authority over safe operation. Rescheduling, credit and refund terms differ, so review the weather clause before paying a deposit. Can the yacht go to the Bahamas?Only suitable yachts can make this trip. Bimini can turn a charter into an island escape when the vessel, crew, schedule, weather and documentation support the itinerary. Fuel, dockage, provisioning, customs and immigration requirements may also apply. The water is waiting ## Your Day on the Water Starts Here You do not need to know the exact yacht yet. Tell us who is coming, what you are celebrating and whether the mood is relaxed, elegant or ready to party. We will turn that vision into the right yacht and an experience your guests will talk about long after you return to shore.
